Ingrid helped pioneer managing mental health in the workplace industry some 17 years ago, when no one else had considered it might be a critical and important issue for workplaces. A mental health and suicide prevention advocate, Ingrid has turned her vulnerability into a strength, nurturing workplaces to become mentally healthy.
Ingrid’s career spans sales/marketing, recruiting, human resources, facilitating, teaching, and for more than a decade mental health advocacy and contributing to mental health policy reform in Australia. Ingrid also participates and is a member on many national Australian boards, committees, government advisory, and university, research groups.
Ingrid travels the country and internationally speaking (and chairing) many conferences, workshops, groups, facilitating and chairing forums and seminars.
Having appeared widely in Australian media, and radio Ingrid shares her journey of loving, living and working with many people in her family and workplaces who have been touched directly and indirectly by mental illness and suicide.
