It’s about strengthening the muscles around our backbone.  For New Zealand entrepreneur, Suzanne Hall MNZM  that’s exactly the philosophy behind her groundbreaking BE Intent technology platform and well-being app.

“It’s all about how we help people be their best selves and get more out of their day, their lives and work.  By using innovative technology she has created a unique technology platform that combines mindfulness, stopping bullying, improving energy and well-being.”

Suzanne is working with businesses globally and has a team that includes some of the world leaders in positive psychology, organisational psychology and change management.
